• Service providers: We use third-party services to help operate our platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Railway (server hosting). These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services for us.
• Drivers: Our drivers receive your name, service address, and job details necessary to complete your delivery.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights and safety of RouteNet Rolloff, our employees, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and job history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
