Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RouteNet Rolloff Dumpster Rental platform and services operated by Phoenix Obras Capital, LLC dba RouteNet Rolloff LLC ("RouteNet Rolloff," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

RouteNet Rolloff provides roll-off dumpster rental services in the greater Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. Services include delivery of a roll-off container to your specified address, rental of the container for the agreed period, pickup, transportation to a licensed disposal facility, and disposal of accepted materials.

2. Service Area

We currently serve the metro Atlanta, GA area. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking for an address outside our active service zone. If your address falls outside our area, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was collected.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are subject to container and driver availability. A booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific delivery time within the selected window. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver within the requested window. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring clear, legal access to the delivery site. Placement of the container on a public street may require a local permit — obtaining any required permit is your responsibility.

4. Payment

The quoted price includes a service fee and a disposal fee based on the included tonnage for your selected container size. Payment is due at the time of service. Expedited delivery carries an additional surcharge as shown at booking.

Overweight charges: If the actual weight of your load exceeds the included tonnage for your container size, an overweight surcharge will be assessed based on the overage weight at the current per-ton disposal rate. You will be notified of any overage charge before or at the time of pickup.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited and may not be placed in any RouteNet Rolloff container:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, or flammable materials
• Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biohazardous waste
• Batteries (except standard household batteries in small quantities)
• Paints and stains (liquid; dry/empty cans are acceptable)
• Pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers
• Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors)
• Refrigerants and appliances containing Freon
• Tires (more than four)
• Propane tanks or other pressurized containers

Discovery of prohibited materials may result in additional fees, refusal of pickup, or legal action as required by applicable environmental regulations. You are liable for all costs associated with the improper disposal of prohibited materials.

6. Property Damage

Delivery of a roll-off container carries inherent risk of surface damage, including to driveways, lawns, and landscaping. RouteNet Rolloff is not responsible for damage to private property resulting from the delivery, placement, or pickup of containers, including cracking or staining of concrete or asphalt. You accept this risk when booking.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site can safely support the weight of the loaded container. RouteNet Rolloff drivers may decline to place a container if, in their judgment, the site is unsafe.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window will be honored with no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75. If a driver has already been dispatched, the full service fee may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteNet Rolloff's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from RouteNet Rolloff regarding your bookings, including delivery confirmation, driver assignment, and pickup notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at (877) 213-1074.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
